Dresses

  • Production time: 3–5 business days
  • Custom orders may require additional time depending on design and size requirements.

Accessories

  • Production time: 2–3 business days

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within the UAE

  • Free shipping on orders of AED 200 or more.
  • AED 20 shipping fee for orders below AED 200.
  • Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

GCC Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders of AED 400 or more.
  • AED 40 shipping fee for orders below AED 400.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 3–10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
